A responsible corporate citizen

At BNP Paribas Real Estate, we believe our diverse teams constitute one of our main assets.

For us, responsible corporate citizenship takes many forms: we promote diversity in our own recruitment procedures and ask our partners to avoid discrimination when hiring their own employees; we embrace and promote difference within the company, train employees to leverage diversity and thereby facilitate teamwork; we implement tailored career development support; we subsidise accommodation for deserving young grant-winning students and support them as they enter the workforce; and we have forged close ties with various selected universities and higher education establishments; and much more.

 

For several years now, BNP Paribas Real Estate has been making determined efforts to hire and integrate disabled employees, notably by approaching specialised support centres and implementing priority recruitment procedures. We also conduct regular company-wide campaigns to raise disability awareness and provide specific assistance for disabled employees (e.g. subsidised hearing aids).
