We are the retained advisers to the Jersey Waterfront Enterprise Board for the development of circa 500,000 sq ft mixed use Esplanade Square site on the St Helier Waterfront. Our advice on this and other large sites includes a full range of agency and consultancy work ranging from market research, occupier demand, development appraisals, financial modeling, structuring development agreements, advice on forward funding, bank financing, joint venture agreements, pre-letting agreements and marketing advice.
We provide consultancy advice to public sector bodies and our work has included relocation options and development consultancy for States of Jersey Police and States of Jersey Fire Brigade.
