Our specialists, supported by the comprehensive expertise of our employees, select, coordinate and administer a whole range of assets. Our Investment Management activity on behalf of third parties is present in five locations in Europe: France, Italy, the UK, Belgium and Jersey and manages over € 7.9bn in assets. It offers two kinds of service:
Discretionary management
Regulated investment management: management of vehicles involved in mutual investment in leased real estate for private and institutional investors.
Non-regulated institutional management: management of French or foreign investment funds, non-listed, specialising in real estate.
Non-discretionary management
Concerning the regulated investment management activity in France, our portfolio management company, authorised by the financial regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) designs and manages real estate investment vehicles i.e. “SCPI” and “OPCI”. The 25 SCPI and 2 OPCI managed funds have a capitalisation of about € 2.7bn in assets.
In Italy, we also offer a range of regulated funds, listed or otherwise, for a total of 3.5bn €, making us one of the leaders in regulated fund management in Italy.
Concerning the non-regulated institutional management single or multi-country investment funds, with one or several investors, are structured and managed amounting to € 2.8 bn €;
