Dominion Fiduciary Services Limited has taken a 21-year lease of the two top floors of Charter Place in Seaton Place. Charter Place is a new prime office development constructed to a high specification to meet modern institutional requirements, including a substantial number of secure basement parking spaces.
Letting agents Barnes Daniels and Partners and CB Richard Ellis believe that this transaction indicates the returning confidence and renewed buoyancy in the St Helier office market. They report strong interest in the remaining three floors. With limited supply of available new office space and growing occupier demand it is anticipated that the remaining floors will be let in the near future.
