The plans for 3 Waterfront schemes could change radically following flaws in the master plans.
The three developments under review are:
Esplanade Square, encompassing 60,000sq.ft and set to become the new office district for Jersey.
Castle Quay which is a mixed-use scheme comprising some 600 flats, retail and leisure units and office space.
Les Jardins de la Mere, 5.5 acres of homes, beach-front flats and landscape gardens.
